 | Shamanic healing is a form of healing that focuses on the spiritual aspects of health. Illness comes from being separated from Source and from forgetting our spiritual nature. Separation from Source can lead to the taking on of invasive heavy energy and/or loss of parts of our spirit (i.e., soul loss). A shamanic healer works as a bridge between the physical world and the world of Spirit. With the aid of the spirit world, shamanic healers help to bring healing to the human luminous energy fields, removing heavy energy and retrieving lost soul fragments. Janice Skiffington is shamanic practitioner, who apprenticed with the Circle of the Whispering Earth. She may use the following shamanic healing techniques in a healing session: chakra clearing; journeying for spirit animals and various intentions; and soul retrieval. Janice is a very gifted spirit. I recently had a soul retrieval. Through her guidance, I was able to feel a reconnection to loss I felt as a child. It brought emotion to me as I felt I was able to reconnect with a piece of my past. I was quite tired after the experience and went into a deep sleep.
